ASLIBS Youth Committee

  ASLIBS Youth Committee is established in ASLIBS 2017 and Young Researcher Award and Young Researcher Meeting will start as follows ;

1) Young Researcher Award

Oral presentations presented by young researchers are evaluated and Young Researcher Awards are given to three distinguished researchers. The age limit is 35.
   2) Young Researcher Meeting

The meeting for young researchers will be held at a Japanese pub on Tuesday, August 29. We will discuss future activities of the ASLIBS Youth Committee.

As one of the commemorate events, the First Asian Symposium on Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy : ASLIBS2015 was held in Wuhan, China in June 2015. After the success of ASLIBS2015, the ASLIBS community is honored to host the Second Asian Symposium on Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy: ASLIBS2017 in Tokushima, Japan. The scope of ASLIBS2017 includes a wide range of LIBS technologies which cover the following topics:

 

Fundamentals of LIBS

Applications of LIBS

Data Analysis Methods

Instrumentation Development

Lasers, Detectors, Components for LIBS

Relevant Technology for LIBS

Others
